Complaints

The customer can return the product within 8 days of purchase and request an immediate replacement for the same correct product or within the legal deadlines and under the conditions for determining the complaint. The buyer can bring the advertised goods in person or send them to the Seller’s address and return them by post according to a pre-arranged agreement with the Seller. If you want the product to be returned at our expense, it is necessary to make an agreement with the employees of Medilp Adria d.o.o., who will send a delivery to your address to pick up the product. Obligation of responsibility

Returns are not possible for products where the original packaging or safety label has been removed. The seller returns the entire purchase price within 15 days of receiving the returned goods.
