Before First Use:
- Unfold the sleeping bag on a flat surface.
- Check that all connections (power cable, controller, adapter) are properly plugged in.
- Plug the device into a standard electrical outlet (AC 85–265V).
Controller Settings:
- Power / On-Off: Press the middle button to turn the device on or off.
- Timer: Select the operating time (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, or 60 minutes).
- Light Mode.
- ALL: both red (660 nm) and near-infrared (850 nm) lights active
- 660 nm: red light only
- 850 nm: near-infrared light only
- Power Level: choose between P1 → P5 (from lowest to highest intensity).
- Pulse Modes: select 10 Hz, 40 Hz, or H mode (breathing light).
During Use:
- Lie down inside the sleeping bag and close it with the zipper.
- Recommended session: 20–30 minutes, 3–5 times per week (for beginners: 10–15 minutes).
- Relax and breathe calmly during the therapy.
After Use:

What is the recommended daily use of the sleeping bag?
