How to Use

• Place the cap on your head.
• Turn on the device by pressing the button.
•  First press – power on, brightness level 1
• Second press – brightness level 2
• Third press – brightness level 3
• The therapy lasts 20 minutes. The device has an automatic 30-minute timer and will shut off automatically after this time.
• After use, remove the cap and, if necessary, clean it with a soft dry cloth.
