Product dmage

The buyer is obliged to carefully inspect the packaging and its contents when picking up the product. In case of damage to the product, the buyer is obliged to immediately report the damage to the delivery person. The buyer is obliged to draw up an official record with the postal workers, with special care to fill in the section on the condition of the packaging and the product.

The customer will hand over the damaged product, which, together with the official record at the expense of Medilip d.o.o. be sent to the sender’s address. After receiving the damaged product, we will send the customer a new product as soon as possible. In case the customer notices damage after delivery of the product, but no later than 30 days after delivery, the damage should be reported to info@derma-luxecosmetics.com.

The condition for reporting product damage within 30 days from the day of delivery is stored packaging, on the basis of which a note is made about where and how the damage occurred. It is also preferable that the damage is recorded with a camera and that the photos are sent to the address info@derma-luxecosmetics.com.

Subsequent damage claims are only accepted by product carriers in exceptional cases, and our company cannot resolve them on their behalf. Delivery method and costs The contractual partner for the delivery of parcels is Slovenia Post Office.

The ordered goods will be sent to the address you specified when ordering. Delivery is made from Monday to Friday in the morning. The online store is in no case responsible for overdue delivery. In the event that the ordered product is not in stock, we will notify you and propose another offer or indicate a delivery date for the product you ordered.
